Recipe Tips: Sabudana Vada is very tasty, prepare it in this way


Required Ingredients:

Sabudana - Half cup

boiled potatoes - Two

coarsely ground peanuts - 1/4 cup 

Green coriander - One and a half table spoon 

Black pepper 

Green chili - One 

ghee - Two tablespoon

Rock salt - As per taste

Make it this way:

First of all, soak the sago in water. 

Now mix sago in potatoes. 

Now add rock salt, black pepper powder, green chilies and peanuts to this mixture and make flat vadas. 

Now roast it in ghee till it turns golden brown. 

In this way your sago becomes vada.
