Recipe Tips: Paneer Stuffed Pakora is very tasty, definitely add these things
- 1/2 bowl gram flour
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
- 8 teaspoon cabbage
- 2 teaspoons green coriander
- 8 teaspoon capsicum of all three colors
- 4 teaspoon cheese
- 1/2 bowl of all-purpose flour
- Salt as per taste
- 15 paneer slices
- Two teaspoons of chaat masala
Make it like this:
First of all prepare a paste by adding salt, red chili, green coriander, asafoetida, and carom seeds to the gram flour.
Now mix cabbage, capsicum of all three colors, salt, chaat masala, and cheese.
Now put chaat masala and salt on the paneer slice and cover it with another paneer slice by placing the stuffing.
Now wrap it in flour and dip it in gram flour and deep fry it.
In this way your paneer-stuffed pakora becomes.
