Required Ingredients: 

Gram flour - 4 cups

carom seeds - 1 tsp

paneer grated - 4 cups

chopped coriander - 5 tbsp

green chili - 6 

chaat masala - 2 tsp




Method of preparation: 

First of all, add gram flour, green chilies, green coriander, celery, and chat masala in a big bowl and make a slurry with the help of water. 

Now after heating the griddle on medium flame, spread some oil on it. 

Now spread the gram flour batter on the pan with the help of a bowl. 

Now put grated cheese on this cheela. 

Now flip the cheela and bake it from both sides.

In this way your paneer cheela is ready.
