Required Ingredients:

Ragi flour - One cup

Green coriander chopped - Four tablespoons

Wheat flour - Four tablespoons

Rice flour - One cup

Cumin seeds - Two teaspoons

Curry leaves - 15

Carrots grated - Four tablespoons

Onion finely chopped - Four tablespoons

Ginger grated - 1/2 tsp

chopped green chilies - 1 tsp



Method of preparation: 

First of all mix ragi flour, wheat flour, and rice flour in a vessel.

Now add onions, green chilies, green coriander leaves, carrots, ginger, curry leaves, and salt to it and knead it soft with the help of water.

Now apply a little oil on the griddle and bake the rotis of this flour from both sides.

In this way your delicious Nachni roti is ready.
