Recipe Tips: Moong Dal is salty and very tasty, make it this way


Essential ingredients:

Moong dal - Six cups

Lemon - One and a half chopped

chaat masala - One and a half teaspoon

Baking soda - Three pinch

green chilies - Six finely chopped


Make it this way: 

First of all, add baking soda to the lentils and soak them in water for six hours. 

Now take out this dal from the water and spread it on a clean cloth. 

When the dal is dry, fry it in oil. 

Now take out this dal on a plate and add some salt and chaat masala to it.
