Maida - One kg
gram flour - Two hundred grams
curd - Three grams
sugar - One kg
saffron threads - Half teaspoon
pistachio shavings - Four tablespoons
Method of preparation: -
First of all, prepare a mixture of flour and gram flour in a vessel.
Now add curd to it.
Now keep this paste covered separately for 8-10 hours.
Now make saffron syrup.
Now heat ghee in a wide pan.
Now fry the jalebi by filling the solution in the jalebi-making cloth.
Now soak this jalebi in sugar syrup for a while.
Now take it out in a plate.
In this way your delicious Jalebi is ready. Put pistachio clippings on top of it.
