1-liter milk

2 cups butter

5 spoons sugar

6 almonds finely chopped

6 pistachios finely chopped

5 cashews finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom

Method

To make Makhana Kheer, first of all, you have to take a pan. Pour milk into it and keep it to cook. After some time, you have to put the butter in the milk. When the butter becomes soft, then add sugar to it. Now add finely chopped cashews, pistachios, and almonds to it. And now add cardamom to it and mix it. Your kheer is ready.
