Recipe Tips: Kanda Poha is very tasty, and it is easy to make

Ingredients Required:

Poha - 4 cups

Onion/Kanda - 2

coconut grated - 4 tbsp

Groundnut - 4 tbsp

Green Coriander chopped - 4 tbsp

Sugar - 2 tsp

Green chili - Four

mustard seeds - 2 tsp

Asafoetida - 2 pinch

Curry leaves - 15

Cumin - 2 tsp

Turmeric - tsp

Lemon - 1

Salt 

Method of preparation: - 

First of all, soak the poha in clean water for some time. 

When they become soft, take them out of the water and add sugar, salt, and turmeric to them according to taste. 

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts in it. Take them out in a bowl.

Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida in the remaining oil. 

Now add finely chopped onion to it. 

When the onion turns golden, add poha and peanuts to it. 

Now cover the poha and cook for about six minutes.

In the end, add coconut, green coriander, and lemon juice to them. 

In this way your delicious Kanda Poha is ready.
