Required Ingredients:

- Two Soybean Chaap Sticks

- Half Onion

- One Tsp Coriander Powder

- One Big Cardamom

- Half Tomato

- Three Cloves of Garlic

- One Green Chilli

-Ginger

- Turmeric Powder

- Half Tsp Cumin

- Salt

- Oil

- Garam Masala

- chili powder

Make it this way:

First of all, keep the chap sticks in hot water for 2 to 3 hours.

Now heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin and big cardamom in it.

Now after cooking the onion, garlic and ginger, add tomatoes, green chilies, and turmeric to it.

After the tomato is cooked, add red chili and coriander powder to it.

Now grind this gravy well in the mixer.

Now put the gravy paste in the pan and add soybean chap sticks to it.

After cooking for five minutes, add green coriander to it.

In this way, your delicious soya chaap curry is made.
