Water

Method of preparation:

First of all mix semolina, curd, sugar, salt in a bowl.

Now add garlic and some water to it and make a smooth thick batter.

Now grease the plate with oil.

Boil water in the same pan.

Now add soda and little water to the batter and mix it well.

Now put Dhokla batter on a smooth plate and keep it in boiling water and steam it for 15 minutes.

After this, heat oil in a pan and fry mustard, curry leaves, and green chilies in it.

Now put it on the dhoklas.
