Gram flour - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Pistachios - 20
Almonds - 20
Sugar -2 cups
Desi ghee - 2 cups
Method of preparation:
First of all, heat ghee in a nonstick pan and fry gram flour in it till it changes color.
Now add cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios to the gram flour.
Add sugar to it after a while and mix well.
Now spread this mixture of gram flour evenly in a smooth tray of ghee.
When it cools down, cut it into slices as per your wish.
