Ingredients required:

Cabbage chopped - Two cups

Carrot grated - One cup

Vinegar - Two teaspoons

Baking soda - Two pinches

Garlic paste - Two teaspoons All purpose

flour - One cup

Green onions - Half cup

capsicum - Half cup

onion slices - One cup

cornflour - Eight teaspoons

rice flour - Six teaspoons

chopped green chilies - Two teaspoons

soy sauce - Two teaspoons

beetroot - Half cup

chili sauce - Two teaspoons

tomato ketchup - Two teaspoons

oil

Method of preparation:

First finely chop cabbage, onion, capsicum, beetroot, carrot, green onion and mix it well in a mixing bowl.

Now mix all purpose flour, rice flour and corn flour in a vessel and mix it well with the vegetables.

Now add soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, garlic paste, baking soda and salt to this mixture.

Make round balls of this mixture.

Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the Manchurian Pakoras till they become golden.

Now take them out in a plate and serve them with tomato ketchup or chutney.
