Required Ingredients:
Ginger piece - One inch
Garlic - Five
ghee
Carrot - 1/4 piece
Coriander leaves - Half teaspoon
Corn flour - One teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Make it this way:
First of all, heat ghee in a pan and fry ginger and garlic in it.
When the color of ginger-garlic turns golden brown, cook the carrots in it.
Now add water to it and boil it for five minutes.
Now put salt in it.
Now you have to mix water in the corn floor and put it in the soup.
After ten minutes, put black pepper powder in this soup and turn off the gas.
Now add lemon juice to this soup.
From above you put green coriander in it.
