Parboiled Rice - 3 cups

Onion - 3 Chopped finely

Garlic - 2 buds

Carrot - 1 cup

Beans - 1 cup

Chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp

Vinegar - 1 tsp

Tomato sauce - 2 tsp

Salt - As per taste 

Oil - as needed

Method

To make fried rice, first, you have to heat the oil in a pan. After this, add grated garlic and onion to the oil and fry it well. After frying well, add carrots and beans to it. Now fry this mixture well. After this, add salt, chili powder, chili flakes, vinegar, and tomato sauce to it. Mix all the ingredients well. After this add cooked rice to it. Let the rice cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Your rice is ready.
