- Two cups basmati rice
- One cup of paneer
- Four tablespoons of oil
- One teaspoon of cumin seeds
- Six cloves
- Two tablespoons of black pepper powder
- Two-inch piece of cinnamon
- Four dry red chilies
- Three cups of water
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Two cup of corn
Make it this way:
First of all, soak the rice for 20 minutes.
Now heat the oil in the cooker.
Now crackle cumin, clove, cinnamon, dry chili, and asafoetida in it.
Now fry the corn in it for two minutes.
Now put rice, water, salt, and black pepper powder as per taste and apply one whistle of the cooker.
