Ingredients Required:

– One Kriga Paneer

– Four spoon of soy sauce

– Four spoon of Corn flour

– Four spoon Vinegar

– Eight spoon Tomato ketchup

– Four spoon of Salt

– Two spoon of Ginger powder

– 100 g Green chili

– Two red capsicum

– Half kg onion

- Four-spoon green chili sauce

- four yellow capsicum

- four spoon schezwan sauce

- eight spoon ginger

- eight spoon garlic paste

- two cups refined oil

- four spoon of butter

Method of preparation:

-First of all, put cottage cheese in a small bowl, add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar, and chili paste and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer in it till it becomes golden.

Now put oil in another pan, add garlic paste, ginger, and green chili, and fry.

Now add capsicum, onion, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, and soy sauce to it.

After adding butter for a while, cook it for three minutes.

Lastly, add paneer cubes in it and now cook it till the sauce thickens.

In this way your chili paneer is ready.
