Recipe Tip: You can easily make South Indian sweet Mysore Pak at home


Ingredients required:

- Four cups gram flour

- Four cups of sugar

- Four cups of ghee

- Two cups of water

You can make it this way:

First of all, roast the gram flour in a pan on low flame till the aroma comes.

Now put half the ghee in it and mix it well and fry it for five minutes.

Now add sugar to the water in the pan and make a syrup of one string.

Now fry this gram flour slowly adding sugar syrup.

Now mix the remaining ghee in it.

Cook it till the ghee separates from the pan.

Now spread it on a greased plate and let it cool.

Now cut the Mysore Pak in the desired shape.
