Potato - 5-6 (boiled)

Maida - 100 g

Salt - as per taste 

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Chili flakes - 2 tsp

Bread crumbs - 1 cup (chopped)

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Oil - 3 tsp

Cheese - 1 cup (cut into pieces)



Peel the potatoes and put them in a bowl.

You have to mash it well. After mashing, add chili flakes, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and mix.

After this, mix all this mixture well and keep it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

After the stipulated time, take it out from the fridge and mix the cheese in it.

Mix the cheese well and add flour to it.

Mix the flour well with all the mixture.

Make small-sized balls of the mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and put the steaks in it one by one.
