Recipe: This is an easy method to make Jodhpuri Chilli Paneer

Ingredients Required :

200 grams Paneer

3 large tomatoes, cut into small pieces

2 onions, cut into small pieces

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp cumin

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp ginger sticks

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 paneer masala

8-10 green chilies, cut into small pieces

2-3 red chilies

salt to taste

few finely chopped coriander leaves

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Method of preparation:

First, put the paneer in lukewarm water in a big pot. 

Take water in the smallest bowl and put red chili in it. 

After 5 minutes grind it and make a paste. 

Put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on high flame. 

When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and fry them. After that add onion and fry till it becomes golden. 

After frying the onion, add ginger-garlic paste, ginger sticks, red chili paste, tomato, and green chili to the oil and fry for 4-5 minutes. 

Fry the tomatoes till it starts leaving oil. 

After this add salt, turmeric, paneer masala, and garam masala and mix well. 

Take out the paneer from the water, cut it into small pieces and add it to the prepared masala paste and mix it well. 

It is ready to serve and eat after garnishing with Jodhpuri Chilli Paneer, and coriander leaves.
