Necessary ingredients

- 4 eggs

- 1/4 cup milk

- 2 chopped onions

- 1 tsp ghee

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- tsp turmeric powder

- 1 chopped tomato

- salt as per taste

- some green coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Recipe

Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.

Put ghee and onion in a micro safe pan and keep it on micro-high for 3-4 minutes. Play in between.

Mix tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt and keep it on micro-high for 2-3 minutes. Play in between.

Add the beaten eggs and keep on micro-high for 2-3 minutes. Play in between.

Serve garnished with green coriander.
