Recipe- Sweeten the mouth of your loved ones with Makhana Kheer, the taste is wonderful!
Phool Makhana Kheer is very tasty but many people do not know the recipe to make it. Today we have brought its recipe.
150 grams Makhana
750 ml milk
1 tbsp Ghee
2-3 green cardamoms
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Pistachios chopped
2 tbsp Almonds chopped
8-9 strands of saffron
Heat ghee in a pan and add makhana to the pan. Fry the makhana on low-medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Cook them lightly and crush them lightly with a mortar and pestle or grind them in a mixer grinder.
Heat milk in a pan and let it boil.
Keep boiling it until it remains half. Keep stirring occasionally and keep the flame low.
When the milk is reduced to half, add powdered sugar and sugar to it.
Cook it for 10 minutes, add cardamom seeds/powder and saffron soaked in milk.
Stir to mix well and sprinkle halved pistachios, raisins, and halved almonds.
Mix it and serve it hot or if you prefer to serve it cold, keep it in the fridge to cool down.
Take it out in a bowl and serve it by adding chopped pistachios and almonds on top.
