Recipe: Spicy potato sev recipe


Namkeen is very much liked in snacks with tea. The taste of spicy potato sev also makes everyone's mouth water. If you want, instead of bringing it from the market, you can easily make it at home. Today we are going to tell you how you can make Aloo Sev at home too.


Necessary ingredients

- 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)

- 1 cup Gram flour

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1/4 cup rice flour

- Half tsp cumin powder

- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- Half tsp garam masala powder

- 1 tsp chaat masala

- Half tsp amchur powder

- 2 tsp oil 

- Salt as per taste

- Oil (for frying)



Mix all the ingredients except the oil.

After that add water as required and knead soft dough.

Then you have to heat oil in a pan. Put the kneaded gram flour in a greased sev maker and pour hot oil into the sev.

You have to fry it on low flame till it becomes golden and crisp.

Take out on tissue paper.

When it cools down, finely break the sev with your hands.

Serve crunchy sev with tea.
