Recipe: Rajasthani Mirchi Vada can be made in this way, definitely add these things


People like to eat something spicy during the rainy season. Under this, today we are going to tell you the method of making Rajasthan's special Mirchi Vada. It turns out very tasty. 


  • Green Chillies- 10 to 12 
  • Potatoes- 4 to 6
  • Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger and Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Besan - 2 cups
  • Asafoetida - tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/4
  • Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp


Prepare as follows: - 

First, boil the potatoes.

Now mash it and add coriander, ginger-green chili paste, lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt to it. 

Now cut the chilies in length and fill the potato mixture in it. Now prepare the batter by mixing turmeric, chili, oil, asafoetida, baking soda, and a little salt in the gram flour. 

After this heat the oil in a pan. Dip the stuffed chili in gram flour and deep fry it in oil. When they turn golden brown, take them out from the pan. In this way your delicious Chilli Vada is ready.
