Everyone likes the spicy and crunchy taste of Poha Cutlets. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to make it. But if you do not know how to make it, then we are going to tell you its recipe.

Necessary ingredients

Poha - 2 cup

Paneer - 1/4 cup (grated)

Potato - 3 (boiled and mashed)

Carrot - 1/4 cup (grated)

Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp

Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tbsp

Chaat Masala Powder - 1 Tbsp

Ginger - 1 Piece (Finely Chopped)

Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp

Green Chilli - 2 (Finely Chopped)

Maida - 2 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves - 4 Tbsp

Bread Crumbs - 1 /2 cup

oil - as required

salt - as per taste

First of all, wash the poha with water 2-3 times and keep it aside to dry for 10 minutes.

Then you have to put all the other ingredients except flour and bread crumbs in a bowl and mix it well.

Make cutlets from the prepared mixture.

Now in a separate bowl make a batter by adding all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and water.

Now place the bread crumbs in the bowl.

Keep the oil in a pan on the gas to heat it.

Dip the prepared cutlets one by one in the flour paste, then roll them with bread crumbs and fry them.

Similarly deep fry the rest of the cutlets till they turn light brown.

Poha cutlets are ready.
