Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 cup (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 1 spoon
chaat masala - 1 spoon
tomato puree - 1 spoon
coriander leaves - 1 cup (chopped)
capsicum - 1 cup (chopped)
bottle gourd - 1 cup (chopped)
butter - 2 teaspoon
potatoes - 4-5 (boiled
Salt - as per taste
Paneer- 1 cup
First of all, put butter in a pan and heat it. Put onions in it and fry them.
When the onion turns golden, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
Fry the mixture of both things well and then add tomato paste.
Now add turmeric and red chili powder to it.
Then add a bottle gourd, carrot, capsicum, and coriander powder and mix it in the mixture.
Mash the boiled potatoes well. Then add potatoes, salt, pav bhaji masala, and water to the mixture.
Cook the mixture by adding carrots, gourd, and vegetables. After that add chaat masala to it.
After the mixture is cooked, switch off the gas.
To prepare the pav, pour ghee into the pan. Cut the pav from the middle and keep it on the pan.
Let the pav turn brown well.
Serve pav with bhaji. Garnish onion, tomato, paneer, and green coriander and serve on top of the bhaji.
