Papaya is very beneficial for our health. We can consume it daily. Today we are going to tell you how to make papaya soup, which can be made easily.

Ingredients Required: 

Raw papaya - 2 cups 

Ripe papaya - 1/4 cup

Black pepper powder - As per taste   

Butter - 1 tsp

Onion: 1 cup 

Vegetable stock - 2 cups 

Cream - 1 cup

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Salt - To taste according

Method of preparation: 

 First of all, put butter in a pan and heat it. 

 Now add papaya and onion and fry it lightly. 

 After this put vegetable stock in it. 

 When the papaya becomes soft, turn off the gas and let it cool down. 

 After this, make a paste of the mixture in a grinder jar. 

 After this add cream to this paste and cook again.

 Lastly, add black pepper powder and salt to it. 

In this way, your papaya soup will be ready.
