Onion and Dry Red Chilli Chutney Recipe
Step 1- Finely chop the onion. Then heat oil in a pan.
Step 2- Add chopped onion, tamarind, and dry red chili and fry in oil.
Step 3- Add salt as per taste and fry till golden brown.
Step 4- Now let this mixture cool down and make a paste.
Step 5- If the mixture is thick then add water to it.
Step 6- Now heat the oil again and fry it after adding a spoonful of urad dal.
Step 7- Now put lentils on top of the chutney. Chutney is ready.
