3-3 tbsp millet flour and onion (finely chopped)
1 potato (grated)
2-3 green chili paste
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
salt and cumin powder
oil for baking
water as required
Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and make a thick batter.
Spread the batter in a nonstick pan greased with oil.
Apply oil from the edges and bake the pancake till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides.
Serve with green chutney.
