Ingredients
4 boiled potatoes

½ cup roasted peanuts

3 tbsp rice flour

2 tbsp cornflour

4 green chilies (chopped)

salt to taste

1/2 tsp asafoetida

few curry leaves

oil for frying

Method
Coarsely grind peanuts and green chilies in a mixie.

Mix all the ingredients except oil for frying in this powder, make medium-sized balls, and fry in hot oil till golden.

Serve with green chutney.
