200 g date palm

half a liter of milk

100 g sugar


2 tbsp coconut (grated)

4 tbsp desi ghee

12-12 chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Soak the dates in milk for 6-7 hours.

Take out the seeds from the soaked dates and grind them coarsely in a mixer.

Heat ghee in a pan, add date paste, and fry on low flame till it turns golden.


Add sugar and milk and cook till the milk dries up completely.

After leaving the ghee in the pan, add almonds, cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder and mix well.

Serve hot Date Pak.
