Ingredients
-250 grams of raw mangoes (peeled and grated)

-250 grams grated jaggery

-8-10 dates (finely cut lengthwise)

-7-7 almonds and pistachios (cut lengthwise)

-a few raisins

-1-inch piece of ginger (grated)

-2 tsp red chili powder

-salt to taste

Method
Add 2 cups of water and grated mango to the pan, cover, and cook till it melts.

When the mango becomes soft, sieve it through a sieve.

Put the pulp in the same pan.

Add all the remaining ingredients and cook on low flame till it thickens.

Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Fill the chutney in a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator for 15 days.

Serve with poori or paratha.
