Whether it is a party or a festival, the menu should be something special, only then the party and festival enjoy. That's why we have brought you an easy method of making velvet kofta today. Koftas made of paneer and cheese is very tasty to eat. Make it once and see, guests will not be able to live without praising you.

Ingredients: For making koftas:
75 grams flour
150 g paneer and 50 g processed cheese (both grated)
2-3 green chilies (chopped), garam masala powder
Salt and pepper powder (all three to taste)
oil for frying

For Gravy:
2 onions
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 piece ginger
Half teaspoon red chili powder and turmeric powder
3 tomatoes and 2 green chilies (both chopped)
half tsp butter
1/4 cup fresh cream, a little green coriander for garnishing
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method
To make koftas: Mix all the ingredients (except oil for frying) into medium-sized balls.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas till they turn golden.

For Gravy:
Make a paste by adding onion, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, green chili, and turmeric powder to the mixer.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste, and fry it.

Add tomatoes and fry. Add little water and boil it for 5 minutes.

Remove from the flame and filter it through a sieve.

Add butter, fresh cream, salt, and koftas to the sifted gravy and boil for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
