-5 slices of bread
-½ cup semolina
-½ cup mixed broccoli
-Capsicum and Red Capsicum (finely chopped)
-1/2 cup curd
-2 tsp mixed herbs
-2 cubes cheese
-salt to taste
-butter as required
Mix semolina and curd in a bowl and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
Add mixed vegetables, salt, and mixed herbs to it and beat it well.
Spread semolina batter on a slice of bread.
Melt butter in a nonstick pan, place bread slices, and bake until golden brown from both sides.
Serve cheese burkar with tomato ketchup or mint mayo dip.
