150 grams of paneer (cut into big pieces)
½ cup peas (boiled)
2 onion paste
3 tomato puree
4-5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1-1 tsp garam masala powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder
half tsp turmeric powder
a little cheese (grated)
1 tbsp oil
little coriander (chopped)
salt to taste
1 cup water
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion paste, and fry it.
Add tomato puree and fry on low flame till it becomes golden.
Add garam masala, all powdered spices, salt, 1 cup water, and peas, and cook for 10 minutes.
Keep stirring in between.
When the gravy thickens, add paneer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with cheese and green coriander and serve.
