2 cups pasta (boiled)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tbsp garlic cloves (chopped)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp garam masala powder and red chili flakes
half cup chopped capsicum
Half capsicum (thin and cut lengthwise)
Milk and Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup fresh cream

Few basil leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
2 tsp oregano (for sprinkling)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. But preheat it.

Melt butter in a pan, add onion and garlic, and fry till golden brown.

Add tomatoes, all powdered spices, and capsicum and fry.

Add pasta, milk, cream, and 1/4 cup cheese, basil, oregano, and chili flakes, and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn off the flame.

Spread pasta on a baking tray.


Sprinkle the remaining cheese and keep the strips of capsicum.

Sprinkle oregano.

Place a baking tray in a preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.

Serve hot.
