-13 dried apricots

-little rose petals

-pinch of cardamom powder


For stuffing
50 grams of paneer (grated)

pinch of cardamom powder

5-6 almonds (coarsely crushed)

1 drop of kewra essence

For syrup
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup water

pinch of cardamom powder

2 drops of kewra essence

Rip the apricot from one side, take out the seeds and hollow it out.

Mix all the stuffing ingredients.

Add sugar, kewra essence, and cardamom powder to the water for sugar syrup and cook till it comes to a boil.

Cook on low flame after 3-4 minutes.

Add apricots and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and keep the apricots immersed in sugar syrup for 10-15 minutes.

Take out the apricots from the sugar syrup and fill the stuffing in them.

Pour the sugar syrup into the bowl.


Keep stuffed apricots on top and decorate with rose petals.

Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve.
