Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi Dhaba Style Recipe: Various types of vegetables are prepared in the Indian kitchen. There are many varieties of vegetables, and also have many ways to prepare them. In such a situation, you can often include different types of vegetables in your lunch or dinner menu in regular eating. People also use tomatoes to make curry or gravy vegetables for lunch or dinner. In such a situation, if there are not many vegetables at home, then you can make delicious vegetables with tomatoes only. This spicy vegetable is made in Gujarati style, in which you mix sev along with tomatoes.

Sev Tomato Sabzi Ingredients
Tomato, coarse sev, cumin, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, sugar, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green coriander chopped, oil, salt as per taste, water.

Sev Tomato Sabzi Recipe
Step 1- Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium heat. Add cumin and fry it. Then fry the chopped onion and ginger garlic paste till golden brown. Now add green chilies and fry them.

Step 2- Add chopped tomatoes and fry for a minute.

Step 3- Now add salt, a pinch of sugar, and turmeric powder and cook on medium flame.

Step 4- Add half a cup of water to the mixture and cook the tomatoes till they become soft. In the meantime, keep stirring the vegetable.

Step 5- Now mix red chili powder, garam masala powder, and coriander powder in the vegetable well.

Step 6- Add sev to the vegetable and mix it. Cook for one to two minutes then turn off the gas.

Your sev tomato curry is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves while serving. Serve with paratha, and roti.
