Onion Paratha Ingredients
Wheat flour two cups, finely chopped onion two, ginger-garlic paste one teaspoon, red chili powder half a teaspoon, green coriander finely chopped, cumin powder one-quarter teaspoon, dried mango powder half a teaspoon, garam masala half teaspoon, celery one-quarter teaspoon, a pinch of turmeric, oil as needed, salt as per taste.

To make Onion Paratha, first finely chop the onion. Now take wheat flour in a vessel. Add a little salt and a spoonful of oil to it and mix. Then add water gradually and knead a soft dough. Keep in mind that the dough has to be kneaded very soft. Keep this kneaded dough covered for a while.

Put the pan on the gas and add oil. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped onions to it. After frying lightly, add ginger-garlic paste to it. Also add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, garam masala, carom seeds, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything well with a ladle. The stuffing for onion paratha is ready.

Just make a small ball of dough and take it in your hands and make it like a deep bowl with the help of your fingers. Stuff the onion stuffing in it and close it by rolling it with the help of your fingers. Roll the paratha with the help of light hands. Heat the pan on the gas. When the griddle gets hot, put the parathas in and let them cook. When you want to turn to the other side, apply oil on the first side and let it cook. When the parathas are cooked from both sides, remove them from the gas. You can serve these hot parathas with curd, raita, or chutney.
