Almost everyone likes to eat golgappas or pani puris. It is the most liked street food. But today we will not tell you the recipe for pani puri but the recipe for pani pakora. You must have tasted golgappas many times with hot water. But this time try the dumplings with the same spicy, sour-sweet water. So let's know what is the recipe to make it.
Pani Pakoda Recipe
One cup gram flour, half a teaspoon of red chili powder, salt to taste, two glasses of water, 100 grams of tamarind pulp, a small teaspoon of black salt, a teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, a teaspoon of chaat masala, a pinch of asafoetida, some mint leaves, green coriander Leaves, green chilies two to three, half a cup of guava juice (if available), half a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking powder, oil for frying.
How to make Pani Pakoda
First, prepare the pakodas. To make it, take gram flour in a deep vessel. Add red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric, and salt as per taste. Add water to it and prepare a smooth thick batter. Which can be easily dropped in oil. Whisk this solution with the help of your hands, so that it swells up and the pakoras are also ready to become puffy. After beating well, keep the solution covered for ten minutes.
To make water, first, take two glasses of water in a deep vessel. Add the prepared green chutney to it. Mix tamarind water, and guava juice and stir. Also add black salt, roasted cumin powder, asafoetida, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Finely chop mint and green coriander leaves and put them in water. Also, add some sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it covered.
Now after ten minutes of the gram flour batter, then once opened, beat it well again and add half a teaspoon of baking powder. Beat well once again. Put the pan on the gas and heat it. When the pan is hot, add oil and heat it. Then put small round pakoras in the oil and fry them on medium flame until golden brown. Remove these prepared pakodas from the oil and put them in plain water. After staying in the water for a few seconds, squeeze its water and put it in the prepared hot water. Delicious water pakodas are ready, which will taste amazing.
