You will need these things for spinach momos

  • Spinach (1/2 cup)
  • Maida (one and a half cups)
  • Salt
  • Green capsicum (1/4 cup)
  • Chopped Carrot (1/4 cup)
  • Shredded Cabbage (1/2 cup)
  • Ginger-garlic solution
  • Boiled and Crushed Sweet Corn (1/4 cup)
  • mashed cheese
  • Soya Sauce (1/2 tsp)
  • Chili Sauce (1 tsp)
  • Chopped green onions (2 tbsp)
  • mayonnaise
  • tomato sauce


How to make spinach flour momos

Take all-purpose flour in the first bowl and add soft spinach and salt and beat it well. Then leave it like this for some time.

To make stuffing, mix all the vegetables and add chili and sauce.

Now spread the flour on the floor and fill the stuffing in the spinach flour. 

After this take a steamer and place the momos with stuffing in it to steam.

Steam them for at least 10 minutes and then serve with mayonnaise and spicy tomato red chutney.
