Ingredients Required :

Green Chillies (big ones): 100 grams

Chilli (small one): 100 grams

Ginger: 2 inches

Oil: 2-3 tsp

Cumin: 2 tsp

Vinegar: 3/4 cup

Asafoetida: 2 pinches

Salt: 2 tsp (according to taste)

Water: 1/2 glass

Method of preparation:

First cut the chilies into small pieces.

Then wash and peel the ginger too, then cut it into small pieces.

Now heat the pan on the gas and put oil in it.

Then put cumin and asafetida in it and cook it for a while till it turns brown.

Add chopped chilies and ginger to it. Then put salt in it and roast it for 5 minutes.

Then put 1/2 glass of water in it and cook it for 10-15 minutes.

Now our chili is cooked but there is little water left in it, so now we will cook it for a while without covering it and let it drain the water.

Now put it in a jar and add a little vinegar to it and grind it.

Then take it out in a bowl and then add the rest of the vinegar and mix it.

And now our green chili spicy sauce is ready.
