Recipe- Moong Dal Dhokla made into nutritious snacks, can be prepared in minutes!
Everyone likes nutritious Dhokla made from moong dal. It takes about 15 minutes to make it. You can eat it at any time. Moong Dal Dhokla is very tasty as a quick healthy snack. Let us know the recipe to make it.
Moong Dal (Unpeeled) - 3/4 cup Curd - 2 tbsp
Besan - 1 tbsp
Sesame - 1/2 tsp
Coconut Grated - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Rai - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tsp Spoon
Green Coriander - 2 tbsp
Green Chillies - 2-3
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fruit Salt - 1.5 tsp
First of all, take unpeeled moong dal and soak it in water overnight. In the morning add a little water along with the soaked moong dal and green chilies in the mixer. You have to grind it to make a thick paste. Now take out this paste in a big bowl and add sugar, gram flour, asafoetida, and curd and mix it all well. After this, add fruit salt, turmeric, and a little oil according to taste in the mixture and mix it well.
Now take a tray or plate and apply ghee or oil to it well. After this, spread the solution on a plate and spread it well keep the plate in the steamer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. When the dhokla is cooked, take it out and keep it aside.
Now take a small nonstick pan, put some oil in it, and heat it. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let it crackle. After this, add sesame seeds and asafoetida and fry for some time on medium flame. Inside it, you have to fry finely chopped green chilies and spread the prepared tempering evenly over the dhokla. Now spread finely chopped green coriander leaves and grated coconut on the dhokla. Now cut the dhokla into pieces and serve it with green chutney.
