DFG

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and add khoya to it.

Cook it till it becomes soft and starts to settle in one place.

Now add sugar to it and mix it on low flame till the sugar melts. Also, add cardamom powder.

Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the pan.

- As soon as it starts collecting in the middle of the pan, turn off the flame.

Take it out on a smooth plate and roll it lightly with a rolling pin to give a smooth round shape.

After cooling, cut it into the desired shape and eat and feed.
