Masala Vada looks very tasty to eat but many people do not know its recipe. Today we have brought this recipe for you.
1 cup yellow lentils
1 red onion, chopped
1 red chili, chopped
½ cup chopped coriander leaves (
¾ tsp salt or to taste
) 1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp fennel seeds
Soak the dal in water for 4 hours to make it soft and then drain the water.
Put the lentils in a food processor and make a coarse mixture.
Put this mixture in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Take a little of the mixture and make balls out of it. Then flatten it a bit.
- Place on a baking tray with a baking sheet. Repeat until you finish the entire mixture.
Heat enough oil in a pan on medium heat. Fry the discs in small batches till they turn golden brown.
Take them out and keep them on kitchen paper so that the oil gets absorbed. Serve hot, enjoy!
