Ingredients for making Kabuli Chana Pulao

Basmati Rice - 1 kg

Chana - 100 grams

Ghee or cooking oil - 100 grams

Ginger - 2 tsp

Garlic - 2 tsp

Onion - 2

Tomato- 1/2 kg

Curd - 200 grams

Garam masala - 70 grams

Red chili flakes - 20 grams (broken and whole)

Anardana - 3 tsp

Fresh coriander - a few finely chopped

Green chili - 30 grams

Method of making Kabuli Chana Pulao

To make the pulao, first of all, soak the rice in water.

Soak white gram in lukewarm water for 45 minutes.

Now cut an onion, ginger, and garlic and keep it on a plate.

Cut tomatoes, green chilies, and green coriander in the same way.

Heat the oil and fry the onion, ginger, and garlic. When these ingredients start to turn golden brown, then add tomato, curd, coriander, red chili, and salt and mix and fry it well on low flame.

Now add whole spices to it and fry it well. Add the chickpeas that you have soaked in lukewarm water for 45 minutes.
