To make Schezwan Chutney, first, prepare the chili. Remove the stem of the red chili. After this wash and soak red chilies in water. Red chilies will swell quickly in lukewarm water.

Leave it like this for about half an hour. When these chilies swell, take them out of the water and grind them in a mixer. Prepare a thick paste of chilies without water. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add finely chopped garlic and ginger to it. If you want, you can also add garlic-ginger paste. When it is cooked, add chili paste to the oil. Then fry it. After frying for two to three minutes, cover and cook it for some time.
