Recipe- Make healthy and tasty oats and sesame laddoos in this way, and taste such that you will enjoy them!


Sesame and Oats Ladoo Recipe is a traditional Til Laddu recipe. Dishes made of sesame are enjoyed on Makar Sankranti. That's why today we have brought you the recipe for making sesame and oats ladoo. It will give you an amazing taste. 


1 cup oats

½ cup dry coconut

¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

¼ cup jaggery

½ tsp cardamom

2-3 tbsp ghee-roasted nuts



Take a pan and keep it on low to medium flame. Add white sesame seeds to the pan. The pan should not be very hot but should be kept at a low temperature.

Roast the sesame seeds on low flame. Keep stirring at regular intervals.

Keep them aside after roasting. 

In the same pan, roast the oats on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring them with a spoon, so that the rawness of the oats goes away. 

After roasting, keep them cool down. 

When the oats cool down, grind them and make oats powder. 

How to make jaggery syrup

Mix powdered or grated jaggery and water in the same pan.

Switch on the low flame.

Keep stirring till the jaggery dissolves in the water. 

Boil the solution of jaggery and water on a low flame. Boil till bubbles form in it. 

to make laddoos


- After the steps, add powdered oats, sesame seeds, coconut, dry fruits, and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup.

Switch off the flame and mix it well.

Start making til laddoos with hot ingredients. If it is too hot, wait a minute before making ladoos. To make laddoos, spread some oil or water on the palms.

Store the laddoos in an airtight container or serve and enjoy.
