Required Ingredients

Grapes - 200 grams

Mango - 1

Pomegranate - 1

Cream - 1 cup (200 grams)

Sev - 1

Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 grams) and

Blue custard - a little more than 1/4 cup

Milk - 1 liter ( full cream)

Method -


1. Put milk in a vessel for boiling, and save 3/4 cup of cold milk. Add custard powder to the remaining cold milk and mix it well till the lumps of custard are gone. After boiling the milk for 4-5 minutes, keep adding the custard batter, and stirring the milk with a spoon, add all the custard batter and mix it well. Put sugar also. Cook the custard with milk, stirring continuously, for 7-8 minutes till it becomes thick.

2. Peel the fruit, mango, and apple, and cut them into small pieces. Peel the pomegranate and take out the grains. Break the grapes from the stalk and separate them.

3. After the cooked custard cools down, add the prepared chopped fruits and cream and mix it. Keep the prepared fruit custard in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Fruit custard tastes great after it cools down.

4. Serve cold and delicious custard after lunch or dinner or after any meal.
