- 5-6 tomatoes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- salt as per taste
First of all, wash all the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into pieces.
- Place a pan on medium heat and add ghee and heat it.
As soon as the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds to it.
Cook by adding tomatoes, red chili powder, sugar, and salt as soon as the cumin seeds crackle.
- As soon as the tomatoes melt and the launji starts getting a little thick, then turn off the flame.
