Raw Banana (Raw Banana) – 6

Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp

Coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida – 1 ( Pinch Pinch

Turmeric Powder – 1/3 tsp

Coriander Powder – 1 tsp

Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 2

Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp 

Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp

Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp

Salt - as per taste

Method of preparation: 

First of all, wash the raw bananas and after removing the stalks on both sides of the bananas, put the bananas in a bowl filled with water.

Now remove the bananas from the water and cut them into small pieces along with the peel.

After this, heat the pan by placing it on the gas and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it.

As soon as the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chili, and ginger paste, and fry the spices a little on low flame.

After this, add chopped bananas, salt, and red chili powder to the spices.

Mix all these ingredients well and fry for 2 minutes so that the spice layer gets coated well on the bananas.

Now add a little water (about 1/4 cup) to it and cover the pan and let it cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

After about 4 minutes, remove the lid of the pan and check the vegetable and stir the vegetable a little with the help of a spoon.

Now again put some more water in the vegetable and cover it again and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring the vegetable in between.

When the banana is soft and the vegetable is cooked, then add mango powder, garam masala, and green coriander to it and mix it well.

It takes about 10 to 12 minutes for the vegetable to cook.

Take, the dry raw banana vegetable is ready, take it out in a bowl, and garnish it with green coriander.

Serve and eat this delicious raw banana vegetable with paranthas, chapatis, or rice.
